Once the questionnaire is complete, I prepare a tailored project proposal. If you’d like to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to officially book the project. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live. Full payment terms are outlined in the contract before work begins.

Every stage has an approval step before the next begins — the visual direction and moodboard are agreed before wireframes, wireframes are approved before design begins, and design is approved before development starts. When presenting the visual design, I also work with multiple concept directions rather than a single option, so there’s room to pivot before anything progresses further.
